Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Great Score from a master........2006-11-30

John Barry's score to "The Specialist" is great. Too bad I can't say that about the movie. I don't understand how a score as good as this one can go to such a terrible movie. Barry uses wonderful themes in this score and great dramatic cues such as the tracks "The First Bomb" and "Explosive Trent" you can almost imagine what's happening just by listening to them. If you like John Barry scores, I highly recommend this one.

5 out of 5 stars What a waste!.......2004-03-29

Please do not watch the film , it is terrible!,. But the score is , again, John Barry in his perfection.
The melody is beautiful. The orchestrations terrific. i am still wondering why , sometimes terrible film , have these beautiful scores. What a waste.
