Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Ahead of it's time........2006-07-10

This is grunge with a bluesy tone. The production is quite rough which contributes to the grunge. Not a bad album but would not call it a classic. However very interesting considering it was done in 1971

4 out of 5 stars Great but inconsistent.......2004-10-15

This album contains the Groundhogs two best songs by far - Cherry Red and Split Part 2. These two songs are among the best of the early 70s. The album's first side are all songs about going insane. Aside from these two fantastic "must-have" songs, the rest of the album does not hold up. Buy it for these two songs if you must, or better yet get them from one of the compilation albums.
