The first song, "Big Top World," is a piano-based track set against a metronomic drum pattern that creates a dynamic tension throughout the song. "Big Top World" is both melodic and dramatic with rich lyrics painting images in deep colors. The middle song in this three song set is "Inherit the Earth". This song is a mid-tempo acoustic track that features a lead-guitar part by Patrick that can only be described as "cold falling water". When you hear this song, you'll know what I mean. "I Cherish You," which completes the set, is a conventional rock track at first glance, but with a second look, the lyrics pull the song into deeper waters.
