Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Their best guitar driven studio effort, by far........2007-02-17

The album that made the Blackfoot boy's famous throughout the Texas desert wastelands! Get in the truck, plug this in,and head through the desert to Mexico. Have the time of your life, get back in the truck, plug it in and head home, singin' and screamin' along, all the way home!
This CD is their finest studio effort, in my opinion, but I like all their stuff. Great recording, but not a commercial angle at all, unlike Marauder.
BUY this CD if you like great guitar tracks and Southern boy attitude! Every song rocks....

4 out of 5 stars Blackfoot: Tomcattin'.......2005-09-06

Hard-edged Southern rock band that not too many people know about. Red hot riffs, catchy tunes that will make you tap your feet. Blue-collar lyrics, down to earth stories that's a little bit country, but backed-up by a heavy metal foundation. Recommended by those who have always liked old-school Lynard Skynard, ZZ top and 38 Special. Rock-on!

5 out of 5 stars Unparalled.......2004-07-28

This is BY FAR one of the BEST albums by the most under appreciated band of ALL TIME. Period. IF You claim to like rock music, add this to your collection. Strong from beginning to end. Not one iffy tune. Not even close. You will NOT be disappointed!!! And for the one reviewer who questioned Rick's songwriting, check out Diary of a Working Man from Marauder.

5 out of 5 stars Tomcattin' Blackfoot.......2003-04-18

Keepin it short and sweet if you like hard driving, ... rock'n roll this album is for you.... All tracks keep you stompin your feet.... and isn't that what Southern rock'n roll is all about !!!!!

2 out of 5 stars Blackfoot's weakest.......2003-01-29

It seems everyone (but poor Brad Starr) gives this album five stars. I can't believe it! I'm a fan of Blackfoot, I have all the albums and to me this is without doubt their weakest release.

I'm aware that we all have our opinions but to buy records based on the customer's rating is very risky - almost everyone seems to give everything five stars.
