The music on this CD is so clean and the arrangements are superb. What a relief from the current ear exhausting rock that plagues us, nothing in Perdido En Tu Piel (Lost in Your Skin) is overdone, rather everything within each song is placed so close together as to offer a synergism of melodies. Bass and guitar playing throughout the entire CD are very catchy especially on 'Solo' and 'Aqui estamos'. The instrumental introduction 'Amanecer', 'Awaken' in Spanish, is absolutely beautiful, the piano here has a underwater feel and the guitar borders on a Pink Floyd theme. This is not your filler-type of music album, lots of goodies here, judge for yourself and add this CD to your playlist. Fragmento is definitely one of the new bands to watch in the Latin Rock genre.

I picked up the CD last week. This is an excellent example of what a diverse band can accomplish. From the power rock ballad 'Pienso En Ti' to the reggea 'Volvere' this CD's full of warm melodies, driving beats, and great lyrics that are very appropo to the latino experience in america. Fragmento is proof that there's more to latin music than the overdone stuff they put out for us on the radio. My favorite song is 'Aqui Estamos', it's a very uplifting song about being in america.
