Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars So Much Talent !!!!.......2001-11-01

I am a fan of Pauls for a long time, way back from when he was in his band supercreme. This CD is so awesome!!!
It's hard to find artists out there who have A- talent, B- originality, C- Live presence........
Catch Paul in concert...he'll blow your mind !

1 out of 5 stars Just not happening.......2001-10-17

The music is too cosmopolitinish, I hear too much Lenny Kravitz and other influences that do not make it his own sound. Sure it is catchy. That makes me not like it that much more..... He will probably be doing songs for Toyota just like his twin Lenny someday. Anything to make a buck huh?? Definitley do not think the band needs to be named after Paul, he is not the star!!

5 out of 5 stars A Band To Watch!!!.......2001-03-04

I know one of the band members and he turned me on to this awesome album! Definite Beatles influences can clearly be heard on this album from the Sargent Pepper to the Magical Mystery Tour days. Nobody comes close to this sound, truly one of a kind! I'm sure that what comes next will be phenominal! Wink, Wink! Nudge, Nudge! Know what I mean??

5 out of 5 stars THIS CD ROCKS!.......2000-10-28

I have to say thank you to my friend Jen for turning me on to Paul and his band. This cd hasn't left the changer yet. It has this lo-fi underground quality to it. very 60's, very today though, just genius. P.S. see them live

5 out of 5 stars Best unsigned band in New York.......2000-10-26

You in New York? You want to see an amazing underground band that knows how to rock and puts on an awesome show whether they're playing a club in SoHo, a Chelsea pub, or a loft in DUMBO? Catch them if you can... this band is hot. Everyone of them is so tight on his instrument, I guarrantee they'll blow you away. Cote's songwriting is infectious. He's a born showman and he's got cool shades. His ability to write catchy, musically sophisticated songs along with his mastery of god knows how many instruments makes me think of Jason Falkner. I definitely also hear some Chili Peppers and early Radiohead in this band.
