This is very quiet and slow-moving... the longest track, Self Loathing (Realizing) is 18 minutes of a slow, heavy drone and not much else to the first listen. The rest of the tracks carry this same feeling... very... well, abstract.

This isn't an album for rocking out, or headbanging... it's an album for just sitting back and enjoying the drone and the noise, and occasional guitar.
