Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Playing on L42 Live is inspired.......2004-05-25

I sort of stumbled upon this record while browsing Amazon and could not resist the $6.99 price. The lineup on this album is: Mark King - bass & vocals, Nathan King - guitar & vocals, Lyndon Connah - keys & vocals and Sean Freeman - sax & vocals and Gary Husband - drums. The are no liner notes with any credits, only track titles are provided. I was indeed pleasantly surprised with the energy level and quality of the playing on this record. Though, like most, I prefer the classic L42 lineup, these guys are very capable, tight and on top of their game. On these merits (and for the price) I recommend the record. 4 stars.
