Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Great Series From Mercury/Polygram.......2005-09-21

24 great, mostly country, tracks from the Killer. If you only know him from his Sun Records period, then you need to hear this. He puts his stamp on each song, whether it's a rocker, ballad, or country hit (circa '63 to '68), with a swagger that sounds like he was still at the top of the charts (he wasn't, at least not until the later Country hits). Informative 12-page booklet with excellent essay by Hank Davis.
