Marky Ramone and the Intruders second album is a big improvement over their first album. You might be able to attribute the improvement to the change in lead singers, but I think the real difference is that the songwriting improved. The songs are a lot more fun this time around, with many of them displaying a touch of black humor that was missing the first time. The album was produced by Lars Frederiksen of Rancid, with the exception of "Don't Blame Me", which Marky produced himself. That song (which is a duet with Joan Jett) sounds a lot different than the rest of the album. It has a 1950s feel to it, with saxophones and piano on it, and even going so far as to be in mono. I would recommend this album to punk fans.
