Customer Reviews:
This band is going places.......2001-03-02
Imagine if you will a cross of funk/R&B/folk/Jam/ rock/jazz/bluegrasss rolled into one form of truly great music, played by talented musicians...lets call the genre...Swampadelia. This band is going places, and have the potential to become one of the great touring bands of our time, with their distinct and powerful grooves and vocals. Looking forward to the next release and seeing these guys live (again and again).

Usually I'm not into this type of music. Hey! I danced to Glenn Miller in my salad days. But, a friend gave me this CD as a gift, now I'm hooked. The finest keyboard I've heard, and great vocals. I'll buy their next one.
Great band, great songs........1999-11-05
Love this record! The arrangements are sweet. The lyrics are real for sure. If this is Swampadelica's first record, I can't wait for #2 and the tour. It's got this very original, electric gospel/funk/soul thing going on. Doll is an R&B classic. We want more in Philly!
Awesome band. Great arrangements. Must be fun live!.......1999-10-11
Love this record. The singing is something I have not heard from anywhere in a while. Mighty High is an instant classic song. Could be covered by anyone... one of those. Soulful funk, rousing chorus on Take Me. When She Tells U is an instant hit. Great work guys! Hope to see you on the road to Boston soon.
