"Seventh Wave" is Annie's second album. Her first album "Language" sold really well here in New Zealand.
This time around Annie did more writing and took more creative control. The sound is very natural and moving and if you've been to the Cook Islands (where her Dad is from)and heard local choirs and loved their singing, you will love this album!
Tim & Neil Finn even contribute to the album.
Some of the tracks were mixed in Prince's (or Symbol or whatever he's called now) Paisley Park studios.
The singles from "Seventh Wave" were released as follows: "State Of Grace", "U Soul Me" and "I Come Alive".
Annie has been singing and performing since she was 16. She was part of the all woman group When The Cats Away (with Debbie Harwood, Margaret Urlich, Kim Willoughby & Dianne Swan).
She was in the Queen musical; We Will Rock You in Australia also lately!
