3 out of 5 stars Surprised.......2007-01-12

After hearing her song with Moby, I just had to get a cd of hers.
I was very disapointed, it was not what I expected.
However her voice with Moby was so hot.The CD was not.

5 out of 5 stars Where is Laura Dawn??.......2006-01-24

I discovered this cd in a second hand bookstore and only paid 49 cents for it. When I got home and listened to it, I was swept away by the talent, voice and songs of Laura dawn. This cd is one of the best I have heard in years- "Free & Lonely Life", Believer", "Delicious","I would" , The best part" and especially "Reconize" were just great. I would have paid 14.99 for that cd easily. I hope Laura Dawn is out there and will release some more music, because she deserves high praise for such a great debut. Everyone should order this cd. Shes FAR better than any Ashlee, Lindsays, Jessica's, ect.(No offense to their fans, Just my veiw) this girl should really be a star!!! I hope we hear more from Laura Dawn.

5 out of 5 stars Laura Dawn is really awesome!.......2003-11-29

Listen up! If you like emo, rock, alternative, non-whiney songwriter, look no further!... She's really great. I saw her open for The Calling in Minneapolis, and I just had to get her cd. I can't recommend this cd enough!

5 out of 5 stars Laura Dawn Rocks!.......2002-03-22

Laura Dawn's album "Believer" has so much diversity in styles on it. If you're having a bad day and need a song to relate to, there's definitely "So Small" or "The Old You." If you're angry, there's "Party Girl." If you're happy, there's "Delicious" and "Wasted." Laura uses a lot of diverse styles in these songs that range from punk in "The Old You" to acoustic in "Useless in LA." I never get tired of the CD and there's always a song to fit my mood. Buy it! You won't regret it! I also saw her in concert and would recommend that experience too! She's great!
