Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Best guitarist you have never heard!.......2005-08-24

This band was amazing! I agree with the reviewer that said the first album was great, it was, but he needs to listen to the rest of this CD. The Clocks had actually recorded a second album that was unfortuniately never released. Several of those songs are here and are every bit as good as the songs from the first album. For example Nothing Ever Changes. That song features a wonderful guitar solo by Lance Threet who in my opinion is one of the best guitarists that most people have never heard of. TV Babies is also a terrific song and the live version of White Punks on Dope take me back to the days of watching these guys live and wishing it was the early 80s again if for no other reason than to make sure I saw every show of theirs I could. They were really that good.

So buy this CD, you will not be unhappy you did, and then lets try to get the first album released on CD, and the rest of the songs from that second album that were never released. Particularly What She Said (more amazing guitar work) and Leaving It Up To Me (not sure that is the correct title)

5 out of 5 stars Fun stuff, catchy and addictive.......2005-06-27

This is a fun album with a mix of styles - rock, punk, pop - think The Cars meets The Outfield. Really catchy hooks and good energy. Several songs here are on their first album - if you're lucky enough to have it - but the best tune on this CD is 'Don't Wait Up Tonight', which should've been a big hit, it's incredibly addictive. A tight sound and a solid up and down 11 songs (1 of which isn't credited on the cover).
