Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Very disappointing........2007-01-31

I heard "Tears Came Falling" and decided to buy the CD before listening to the other tracks. In the long run, "Tears Came Falling" is the only song I really like. You might be better buying the single track from an online music store instead of buying the whole CD.

4 out of 5 stars PRISONERS DILEMMA ROCK.......2004-05-30

the guitarist is from long beach, and this band rocks, but i heard their demo, havent picked up the CD yet, but get the damn CD

5 out of 5 stars Awesome awesome cd!.......2004-05-07

The Prisoners Dilemma is so incredible. A few months ago I downloaded Tears Came Falling from their website and just recently bought their CD. Tears Came Falling is still my favorite song, although the other 4 songs with lyrics are fantastic too. Guitars aren't boring, bass sounds impressive, drums are tight, and singing and screaming is actually emotional, unlike many wannabe bands. Theres also some well placed keyboard parts thrown into many of the songs.
For some reason this band kind of reminds me of In Pieces, maybe it's the long song length and varied melodies within the songs, whatever it is they're both insane. However, There is one problem with this CD. It's short. Theirs 8 songs, which sounds ok at first, but then I noticed that only 5 of them have singing/screaming. Other then that, The Prisoners Dilemma is awesome and I can't wait for their next release, even if it's short.

5 out of 5 stars The Prisoners Dilemma- the best.......2004-03-29

I heard these guys in concert before and I love them. Not only did I get to hear their music, I got to actually meet them. And boy do they rock. Personally this is a five star performance. "Tears Come Falling" had a great beginning and continues on strong. "Revolver" is my favorite and by far the most rocking one there. Ernie, the lead singer, is great at mixing screams with singing and it comes out perfectly, like in the beginning for "Tears". This CD is worth your money.

5 out of 5 stars Great band no one has heard of........2004-03-22

Why is this band not popular at all. They can be liked by people that like bands such as Poison The Well and From Autumn to Ashes to people that like less hardcore bands such as Thursday and Funeral For A Friend. This band blends screaming and singing very well and both the singing and screaming sound so good. Their lyrics are also very good too. The lyrics are not emo like a lot of bands that sound like them. Try listening to the song "3 second exerpt" on purevolume.com and it shows how diverse this band is.
