Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars I've heard this before..........2003-05-31

Made in UK in 2003, Serial# MCCD-520, Playing Time 66:28

What we have here, folks, is nothing else than a sampler from the 2-disc set "Then & Now"; while the original release featured a different concert on each disc (the 1974 California Jam concert on 1, and material from the 1997-8 tour on the other), "Fanfare" blends tracks from the 2 concerts on 1 disc.

Of the 12 tracks, tracks 2,5,6,7 and 8 are from the Cal Jam concert (the others are from the 1997-8 tour); but because the recording quality is vastly different between the 2, I found it a bit annoying to not have the 2 "sections" separated.
