Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Wished I could have.......2003-01-17

In 1983 I was backpacking around England, and was heavily into the newer music of the time, especially bands
like Joy Division. I had, on a whim for more, always more, previously purchased The Greatest Hit (Money Mountain) by the Blue Orchids at Wax Trax on Colfax Avenue in Denver. I must tell you that the record (which contains most of the songs from Darker Bloom) is an absolute delight. Deeply soulful, honest to the brim, and sparkling. It reminds me somewhat of The Fall's work, including the singing of Mark
