Album Description

New York's Miracle of 86 (named after the 'miracle' Mets baseball team of 1986) is comprised of Kevin Devine (vocals/guitar), Mike Robertson (guitar), Chris McAllen (bass) and Mike Skinner (drums, formerly of Sidedoor Johnnies). They contributed to Deep Elm records' 1998 Emo Diaries Vol. 2 compilation, and have played with the likes of Dashboard Confessional, The Promise Ring, Rival Schools, Desaparecidos, Milemarker, Ultimate Fakebook, Hey Mercedes, Rainer Maria, Engine Down, Rilo Kiley, Piebald and Jazz June. 12 tracks. 2003 album from Lakeshore Records.

This is one of the cds that you like all the songs, theyre awesome and i had the chance to talk to them before this cd came out. theyre awesome people too, this is a cd to definetly buy!

if you like original indie rock..then this album is for you. This album has changed my life...it is so amazing. Miracle of 86 has brought me to enjoy music of all types...every time i listen to them I get so happy.
