Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars You might have to be a really big fan of iDream.......2007-01-05

Actually, it's not all that bad if you consider that it's supposed to be for the younger set. At the very least, you're assured of good poppy music even if some of the lyrics leave much to be desired.

Besides that, the additional iDream members (those who aren't from S Club 8) seem to be fair singers. Rachel Harvey does have a great voice although I'm not too fond of some of the songs she featured in (the original piano version of Can I Trust You for example). Her voice quality calls to mind Amy Lee of Evanescence's own except that Harvey's pop.

I will admit that I do quite like Dreaming and Don't Steal Our Sunshine although without the context of the TV show's storyline the latter will sound quite strange. It's a shame that Stacey Mclean's version of Beautiful Thing isn't included in the album but the original one is pretty good in itself. Come to that, there are a few songs in the show that would've been good in the album too.

In summary, it's not a bad album if you have seen and like the show. If you're more of an S Club 8 fan, you might be a little disappointed.

5 out of 5 stars Really Good.......2006-11-25

This soundtrack is really good. All the songs are original and some of them have a good message like "Don't Steal Our Sunshine". And I know for sure that many people love the song "Dreaming". Sure, the dreamers did sing alot more than S Club 8, but, personally, I think their voices are okay. I don't get why everyone thinks this is crummy music. The series was good, so why would the soundtrack be stupid?

1 out of 5 stars Why is my brain turning into jelly?.......2006-02-15

Sclub8 teamed up with some freaks from the zoo and made 'i dream'. I think that this paring up of freaks only forms one thing. The "Total Freak'. Do you know what this is? Its something that knows how to sing, but cant even do it properly, something that dances, and when it does, it stinks like a fart coming out of frankie's hairy bum. Who would like to listen to this music, raw meat on dung shaped platter? Not me, not anyone who knows good music. These things, creatures, freaks of the planet, are so bad, and annoying. ANd that guy, calvin, do i hear somebody say 'deformed rat'? And also that girl Jay, oops, i mean boy, jay, does anyone hear 'lemon lover'? I listened to this album, and i watched the show, and really, they are such losers, they are wannabe's. Especially that guy with the long blonde hair, the i dreamer, he is so annoying, trying to have this 'good guy' look, this 'misunderstood' look. Well i have something to tell you, as a person who wants to live in a world without this stinky trash, dont buy this, dont watch their show, dont listen to this, dont even touch this cd with a 10 foot barge pole, cause its stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4 out of 5 stars It's not that bad!.......2006-01-31

I like these songs. They are catchy and light which is more than I can say for most songs you hear.
Dreaming is one I can listen to over and over and Back Off is one I would like to play to people around me sometimes.
There are some awful reviews around but I like this album and think its worth the money.
