Album Description

Amazing album from 'redlightmusic' from Seattle that is fronted by Peter Klett (ex-candlebox).

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Buy This Record!!! I loved it!.......2006-03-08

I'm a Candlebox fan, and when I saw that Peter Klett had his own band going, I was curious. The record is beautiful. Klett's vocals are haunting, you can just feel the raw emotion, and the songs come off as deeply personal. I was amazed. I can't believe it's taken PK this long to take on lead vocals. Every song is good...all I can say is buy the record. I like RLM better than CBOX, and I've been a CBOX fan for over ten years.

3 out of 5 stars *Important*.......2005-08-01

As for M. Monson who claimed that the first song was the greatest rock song they have heard in ten years...well they must have been locked in a cellar for ten years and chained to the wall. For the most part this cd is just average rock. The pic on the front is kinda what you what expect from an aggressive guitar-driven rock band. BUT, this is nothing of the sort. I'm slightly dissapointed cause I was expecting some hard angst rock but instead got, well, Candlebox part 2. (Except at least Candlebox had catchy songs like Far Behind) This is rock/mellow rock so don't be fooled by the reviews claiming this is hard. Finally, and I'm not saying this is always true cause there have been many exceptions, but when you buy a record from a group that isn't signed to a major label, (in this case the label is DMI..doesn't ring a bell, does it?) then you're bound to get an at best average cd that knows nothing of the word "catchy."

5 out of 5 stars AN AMAZING RECORD! TRULY GREAT SONGS.......2004-11-07

It only takes a few seconds of listening to track #1 "Say it Again" to realize that Redlightmusic is going to be huge - I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the greatest rock song I've heard in 10 years.

But the whole freakin' album is great - nothing but great song after great song. I live for exceptional rock music and this is it 100%. "In the End" is amazing and it's only a matter of time until radio picks up on this tune. "I Found You" is yet another amazing song that showcases this band's ability to WRITE GREAT SONGS.

These guys really understand how to put the song first - very few people are born with this ability - thankfully Redlightmusic is a band that can pull it off. Rock fans have been waiting for this album - YOU WANT TO BUY THIS ALBUM.

This is the rare album that comes along once a decade or so that stands out from everything else - because you find yourself listening to the whole album again and again. You know what I mean...the one disc that stays in your CD player for two months because it never gets old. When is the last time you did that?

Get on board with Redlightmusic - it's simply an amazing CD.

5 out of 5 stars An Outstanding Album!.......2004-11-01

Watch out for the Redlightmusic storm to hit! They are outstanding! Every single song on this album is AWESOME! This band seems to have found the magic combination with Peter, Tommy, Jason and Keith!

5 out of 5 stars RLM - Seattle's secret is out!.......2004-10-24

I heard these guys on a trip to Seattle last year and have been following them since. Not only are Peter Klett, Tommy Woo, Kieth Ryland and Jason Phraner talented musicans, but their songs writing weaves strands of emotion, inspiration, and maturity into a rich tapestry.

From the rocking opener, "Say it Again" to the soul-piercing introspection of "A Cigarrette"; From the inspirational "Turn it Over" to the final tribute to "My Friend"; This album has a lot of character which you will keep you listening to it again and again.
