Real rock and roll lives again. With the sad state of the popular music today it's refreshing to hear a band that's not afraid to turn it up to 11, and let it rip. I've been seeing them live in the city for a while and wondered if they could recreate it in the studio. With the magic of Warren Haynes these guys burned the studio down. The stand out on this album is lead guitar player Chuck B, who showcases talent reminiscent of Keith Richards and Jimi Hendrix, with a style that is all his own.

From their beginnings as cherokee sex workshop, walkinbird were always seen as a band with great potential. I agree with the above reviewer regarding the live shows (many at cbgb and the nightingale in nyc). The secret star of this cd however is the producer Wareen Haynes (Gov't Mule/Allman Brothers). The variety of musical styles and the unreal guitar playing of cosmos sunshine make this a disc not to be missed
