Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars pleasantly surprised...........2003-06-17

I ran across a few of the songs as mp3s online and decided to go check out the cd at the store (and maybe buy it). I'll admit that I was a bit surprised to find out who was in the band! :o) I like the quieter songs but still favour the songs like Swim, Alarming, A Dreamtime and Ememies which have a bit more to offer with good drums and bass. I can honestly recommend it.

5 out of 5 stars Fresh new sound!.......2003-05-31

Okay, I admit I bought the CD because of Keanu. But, as soon as I heard the first song, I knew it would be awesome! As the songs kept coming, I was amazed. They are really good!! I'm glad I took a chance and bought it. Kudos to the whole band!!!

5 out of 5 stars good music.......2002-10-23

i actually discovered dogstar when i was browsing the net, and i was depressed that time. anyway i listened to the clips and i realised that the songs are something i can relate to n just the music itself got me out of my depression. the words make the song more meaningful to me. its a good cd to buy. go get it.

5 out of 5 stars My favorite Dogstar CD.......2002-01-28

Although 'Our Little Visionary' was excellent, I like 'Happy Ending' better. My favorite song on this Cd is 'Stagger' I could listen to that song a million times over! Thay also do a cover of 'Superstar'(you remember the Carpenters?) which is really cool. The whole CD rocks! Of course there a few slower songs like 'Cornerstore' and 'Washington'. Every song on this CD is good. And with Bret singing(and playing lead guitar), Keanu on bass and Rob on drums, you can't go wrong.

5 out of 5 stars Retro-Music.......2001-10-29

The music by the group "Dogstar," appears much like the old rock music of the late sixties. "Washington" and "Enemies" show creative flair for lyrics and the music is not of a diatonic nature, which much of the new age music possesses. To put it bluntly, the CD is a toe-tapping, head-banging, making-out, and
