This remains one of my favorite albums of all times. It sounds as good now as it did the first time I heard it!

Nearly every song from this release would make the rotation in the Dead's live shows for the next twenty some years after this was released. Any Bobby fan will know that they can still catch him on a good night pulling out a few of these songs, sounding as fresh as the day they were first layed down.

This is a great early studio collection of "Bob" songs. 4 stars. Better versions of these songs are on any number of Dead live albums or boots.
