Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars before there was the Foo Fighters.........2005-12-10

There was Superdrag. I just can't even say enough good things about this band and particularly this record. I never listen to it just once in a sitting. This record has just great, simple, catchy rock songs with a little hangover attached. I love this band. RIP.

4 out of 5 stars Superdrag!.......2003-12-01

Now Superdrag hit it right on the nose with this one. All the songs are awesome on this cd. From the hard rock riffs and vocals of I Cant wait to the catchy riff of The Staggering Genius to the deepness in Feeling like I do and then finally to the hard blues touch to Drag me closer to you. This is Superdrags latest album and these catchy songs stick in your head very easily. I can't really say anymore than just try this band out, this is the album to do it with.

5 out of 5 stars SUPERDRAG DOES IT AGAIN.......2003-01-25

Once more superdrag puts out an excellant album. This album is possibly my favorite by " the drag" and is not too much diffrent from the others. However, this album has no grey area. Either the songs are heavely guitar driven, or soft and acoustic. This is a good thing concerning the song list. The heavy and acoustic songs are spread quite evenly throughout the album making it enjoyable to listen to from " baby goes to eleven" until "drag me closer to you". Although the heavier songs out number the softer songs it is still an evenly laid out album. John Davis does an incredible job as usuall on the song's lyrics and format. This album also features Sam Powers on lead vocals on a few songs which is nice. Overall, this album is well worth the money and well worth the time and effort to listen to it. Plus, its superdrag-this album is incredible.

4 out of 5 stars Another Great Addition to Band's Catalog.......2002-10-29

I anxiously awaited this new CD by Superdrag and I wasn't disppointed. Although I don't think it has the overall greatness of the band's last CD, "In the Valley of the Dying Stars," I still thoroughly enjoy it. My favorite cuts are "Staggering Genius" (and it sounded great on "Conan O'Brien") and "Remain Yer Strange."

5 out of 5 stars Nobody does it better.......2002-09-24

Calling Superdrag 'bland' is like calling a moon landing 'routine'.

The fourth full album from Superdrag, and once again they don't dissapoint, this album is Five Star. The new sound (self-produced record, btw), is more tempered than there other albums, but it makes the great songwriting stand out all the more.
