Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars A Fantastic Album.......2006-09-20

S is Jenn Ghetto of Carissa's Wierd and Josh Wackerly of Panda And Angel. The music is a bit of a departure from Carissa's Wierd, its more lo-fi and experimental, yet still just as beautiful. Sonically, the album sort of comes across as something like a lo-fi Bjork or Juana Molina; but, make no mistake, this album is definitely its own entity. If you like this album then you may like:
1) Drum by Hugo Largo
2) Paper Dolls And Paper Plates by Fear Of Commitment
3) Life Is Sweet by Maria Mckee
4) Ports Of Call by Kristin Mueller

4 out of 5 stars S - Puking & Crying.......2006-04-24

Singer Jenn Ghetto formerly of Carissa's Weird, has created an album full of sincerity and unfettered emotion. Relying on conventional and electronical elements, her work falls under the category of Indie Pop. Despite the genre, her lyrics are intense and at times darkly woeful. Her voice is refreshingly soft and haunting, uniquely her own. Experimental and organic, "Puking and Crying" is a wonderful listen that is easy to appreciate.

5 out of 5 stars Very cool........2004-12-06

This is a very atmospheric album. The strains of darkness and technology in it lead to a very satisfying listen. If you like things like Coil or Bjork, you'll probably dig this as well.
