How are they not known........2005-11-05

I first heard about LYB when they actually played a small show in
my home town Pleasantville NY. Now I'm kicking myself for not going.
After hearing Ginger I was blown away. I'm not sure if they'll have another
release under the same name, or if they will ever be recognized more, but I'll keep listening.

Music By Bullies for Bullies.......2004-09-24

Firstly, I must say that both the drummer and guitar shredder of this band are both jerks and bullies, respectively. Time and time again these two browbeaters have antagonized myself and my friends both mentally and physically. I cannot begin to count the lunch money that these two ruffians have collected over the years. Mr. Jontz, or "The Bulldozer" as he makes us call him(The Dozer or Doz for short), has repeatidly beaten me on my legs as well as my arms while shouting his trademark "Ty it down! Ty it down!"....a rather intimidating site. And this is nothing compared to the vicious and demeaning noogies given by Ian "The Dragoon" Ingram. The man's knuckles could prematurely bald a 14 year old greek boy. This being said, and all personal differences between myself and the fellows that compose this band, these rascals can rock! This one album has already made me throw away all my Staind albums and has redifined the words "rock" and "roll" for me. With tasty grooves that you can not only almost touch and feel, but actually smell, these guys have awakened the sleeping giant of the indie rock scene. Thank you Little Yellow Box! Thank you "Doz"! Thank you "Dragoon"! You have put together quite a little package here, and my ears think it's yummy.
