This is a great CD.......2006-12-30

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I bought three other CD's including Hillary Duff. My daughter is 17 and comes from a family of singers -- and sings herself. She LOVES this CD. If Nikki comes out with another CD, we'll be the first to buy it.

Actually i wanted to give this CD 2 and a 1/2 stars, but there's no such option........2006-06-12

Okay. Nikki Cleary has a nice voice. She can sing, yes. But that doesnt mean she's talented. Because singing is the only thing she can do. She doesnt write her own songs and most of the songs on this album are cover versions. Plus, the songs on this album are a little meaningless, like Summertime Guys and Sorry of Myself, even though the tunes are really catchy.

What i dont understand is, if Nikki can sing - why does she lip sync? She BLATANTLY lip synced on Nickelodeon's "All That" which is a kiddy version of Saturday Night Live. The mic wasnt anywhere near her mouth and she was singing. I really wonder why people dont trash her like how they trash Ashlee Simpson. Really.

Anyway, back to the album. It's alright. The songs are catchy and all, but it has no substance. It's just okay. That's all.

Favorite!!!!.......2005-07-21

This is my absolute favorite CD. Nikki Cleary is a great singer! My personal favorite is 'Sorry For Myself'. I don't know why, I just like it. 'When Will I Get Over You(getting over me)' is a good one, one of my favorites. The lyrics for that one, all of them actually, has to do with wanting, getting, and losing boys, which is somewhat strange, but the styles of the music, and her voice is really nice to listen to. If you're not going to buy it, at least listen to the free samplers!

Nikki Cleary started out as Brittney Cleary with her debut "Everything I Wished For" with only 1 single, "I.M. Me" I thought, OK I'll try out Nikki Cleary, her 2nd album and see what it's like. It's SO much better!
She was featured on LOTS of soundtracks, so I bought her album. Best Songs: 1-2-3, Summertime Guys, and Walking On Sunshine!
