5 out of 5 stars Really Cool.......2003-09-16

Yay! A canadian who is not anything like Shania or Avril or whatever. Personally, can't stand 'em. This guy rocks! You have to love his style, just go with the flow. Punkish/rockish and in between, this can really appeal to almost anyone.

4 out of 5 stars It's rare to find this in punk music........2003-06-05

He's funny, he's talented, and he's as punk as they come. Why is he not more popular??? As I watch MTV w/ a down-turned grin, I see bands like Sum 41, Good Charlotte, and Avril Lavigne gaining heavy airplay... yet Coyote isn't even heard of by fans of them, or by many punk fans. Why is this??

Punk is such a cliched term today. It has become more of a style than a type of music or lifestyle, and as disappointing as that is, it's the truth... and may very well be the reason that Coyote isn't that well-known. He has too much talent, too much humor, and too much pinache for the normal rock fan to appreciate.

However, if you are one of the few people left that enjoys good music, try this, fans of Richard Hell's Television and The Ramones especially. "Secretly Jealous of Kurt Cobain" is an incredibly amusing song about wanting to kill himself to become famous like Kurt, and "Plus One" is a sort-of tribute song to The Ramones final show, as well as an invitation to an un-named girl to join him... those are personally my favorite songs, and this is personally one of my favorite albums at this moment.
