I have a number of SACD and DVD-Audio recordings now, and this remains one of my favorite. Not only because I am a huge Satch fan, but the quality of this recording is just breath taking. Having previously listened to the regular CD version of the album probably hundreds of times, and then listening to the multi-channel SACD, I have noticed numerous elements in each song that I simply never heard before. In many ways, it brought back the joys of listening to this album for the first few times all over again.
Now, if only Joe (or Sony) would release more of these!

I love Satriani and I want to be like him. This last CD was at bit more Improvised my no less musical and it was great seeing him preform the songs in person. He is One of my top 3 favorite musicians in the world.

My first SACD and it's simply incredible.With the 5.1 channel input you can almost see the music,listen to every instrument very clear and clean.I really recomend this sacd and this new kind of technology called SACD.A beautiful way to listen to the MAESTRO.

this has got to be the best sounding multichannel sacd i have in my collection.the surround imagery is totally enveloping and sympathetic with the varied material.if you have a mutichannel set-up buy this now it sets new standards.
