4 out of 5 stars Omygawd! It's awesome! Like everything else I'm into!.......2004-12-18

No, just kidding. God, I hate those jabbering morons. 'Everything I like is great! If you don't like as much, or more, than me then everything YOU like sucks and I hate it!' Jesus, shut up. Little 15 year old musical Hitlers. Anyway, this CD is pretty cool, much rougher sounding than WIITB, which I like. My new favorite Finch song is Waiting, conversly I also have a new least favorite Finch song. Of course that's New Kid. Project Mayhem has been dethroned. Very 'Finch'. A little too 'Finch' for my liking. Everyone else seems to love it, so don't let my worthless opinion get in your way of buying this. If you like Finch I highly recommend this disc. Totally worth the money. Even if you like Finch just a little, like me.

5 out of 5 stars AWSOME.......2004-08-01

First off. This is a awsome CD. I loved it, and it was worth every penny. The songs "Perfection Through Silence", and "Letters To You" sound even better and cooler then on the What It Is To Burn CD. Waiting, being my favorite on the cd, kicked butt! And the last song "New Kid" was perfect for a slow emo track. Believe me, this is worth purchasing.

5 out of 5 stars Pure Gold!.......2003-08-21

This is without a doubt the best EP of 2001. After buying What It Is To Burn I was tempted to check out this EP, and after a while I finally decided to go and buy it (it's only 7 or 8 bucks). I can honestly say it was worth every penny.

1. Perfection Through Silence (4/5): This seems like a great fit to start off the EP. However, I feel it is the weak point of the EP, it just seems too average compared to the other songs...

2. Letters To You (6/5): This song alone is worth the 8 bucks. The version on the EP is better than the version of What It Is to Burn...which [is also great]...I just can't say enough about this song, it is just that good.

3. Waiting (5/5): I can't believe this song didn't get onto What It Is To Burn, with the exception of Letters To You, it is clearly the best song on the EP. This song has been blasted over my stereo many times.

4. New Kid (4.5/5): This song grew on me a bit, when I first heard it, I didn't like it too much, but after listening to it a few times it truly has grown on me. This song reminds me on Ender on What It Is To Burn, this is the closest to a slow song Finch can get, if you like Ender you will like this song.

Well, what are you waiting for....go buy this EP!!!

1 out of 5 stars Comparison.......2003-06-27

Ok. First their name is far from original. Secondly, what has music come to? Everything has become another Linkin Park. Someone told me that they sounded like the Deftones. NEWS FLASH!! Deftones are talented original musiscians, and Finch are unoriginal children with no taste for what's good in music. I feel sorry for the world of music to have to deal with such distaste. I do NOT reccommend spending your valuable dollars on this band, though if you do, beware.
