5 out of 5 stars Thank you Taylor Hicks!.......2007-04-05

I saw this group for the first time when I went to Taylor Hicks first concert in Jacksonville Florida. They opened for him and got a standing ovation from the audience...I being one of them!!! They were awesome in person and just as good on the cd. I would recommend this group to anyone!

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic Funky Feel.......2007-03-15

I saw these guys live last week when they opened for Taylor Hicks at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. They were amazing, so I bought the cd. I absolutely love them, and look forward to seeing them live again soon. Pat G's and Hot Sauce are my favorites today.

5 out of 5 stars Very, very, very good album. .......2006-02-08

To start, I've seen Greyhounds live and it was such a good time. It was a little club in Charleston, SC and there werent many people there that night but the band's energy level was still high. They played a great deal of music and threw in some covers of old Nintendo theme songs. Afterwards, I was talking to the band and after a while, I looked at my watch and it was 4AM! I was having a such a good time talking to the guys about various things that I totally lost track of time.
But to get to the album, it really is one of favorite albums. Definitely top 20, if not in my top 10. The production is excellent, the songs are excellent, the playing and vocals are impeccable, and you will dig it if you like down-home soul funk. So try it out and I dont think you will be disappointed. This an album to play all the way through without stopping; the first six tracks are like butter; not the 'I Cant Believe its Not Butter Lite' version, but the kind that your grandma used to bacon and eggs with. So get the album and go see them live!

5 out of 5 stars These boys really throw down a groove!.......2005-10-01

What an awesome album! I saw these guys live as an opener for Ian Moore in Dallas. These guys are just incredible. Ian Moore was a HUGE dissapointment. These boys (and a gal drummer) were the hit for me. Don't miss this buying this album or seeing them live! I would love to see them in a set all by themselves.
