Lil Jon and his party music.......2006-05-15
Ok lemme start this off by sayin all ya'll who hate on Jon, first off, this ISN'T Nas or Tupac. Jon will be the first to tell you this by any means is not meaningful music. Everyone who rates this music poorly doesn't get it, they are overthinking the music. Secondly, CRUNK is what music sounds like when you are drunk. Heavy bass, lots of swearing and tough-guy-ness. Not church music or meaningful music by any means. It is fun, energetic and downright silly. It is fun to listen to. So people, don't take this stuff seriously. Lil Jons beats are to be taken seriously, cause they are tight. But I mean, listen to the lyrics. Ever seen "Roll call" video? I mean, that song must hold the record for most N bombs dropped in one song. Even the NAME of the song is edited. The video is almost a n instrumental. But guess what, and if you disagree you are lying: this stuff makes GREAT party music and fun stuff to listen to in the car with your subs amps and high end speakers and decks. Hope this helps yall to see this kind of music in a different way, the way it was supposed to be.
not really what i thought it would be........2005-12-19

Old Content Released.......2005-11-27
Everyone has their own preferences as to what is good music and what is bad music. But I appreciate all types and can find something good in almost every song. Lil Jon is a producer, he makes beats. None of his music is ever intended to be enjoyed for it's lyrical content, but just something to "GET PEOPLE CRUNK" in the club; or to fight, depending on where you are and the type of crowd that is there. These are my favorite songs by Lil Jon, the ones that made him HOT in GA before the rest of the country, or world for that matter, ever heard of him. I give this 4 stars and ask those that gave this album a negative review to reevaluate it based on the experience he had making music at that point, the experience YOU have making music at ANY point, and who is famous for it. It's all in fun. I enjoy his music because it's fun, LIGHT-HEARTED and you can dance to it. Who wants to listen to SERIOUS Rap & Hip-Hop all the time?
Huh?!?!?.......2004-09-04
No need to write a review. Just look at the title.
Well, okay, I'll write a small review. Not only is most of it misspelled (I think it's supposed to be: "Get Crunk Who You With: The Album", but that could be open to punctuation), but even with proper grammar it doesn't make a lick of sense. That should tell you right off the bat it's "meeeyooooozzzzikkk" for morons. Who the hell takes this guy seriously anyway? Can you believe this crap is on the same charts that Led Zeppelin were on 35 years ago?!?! Scary...
Now it's time for the inevitable swarming of "Not Helpful" votes from rich wiggers and pre-teen girls. Oh, joy. Oh, pure ecstasy. Oh for the love of Norman Rockwell and the Lettermen.
Not the best from lil jon.......2004-01-04
This is defintley not jon's best cd and it aint his worst. It has some bangin tracks and somes that lack, but you still can bump those few hot tracks fo sho. I think you should get this if you are an dirty souf fan and lil jon fan.
