A Real Rapper Amoungst An Industry W/Too Many Fakes.......2005-11-25
First of all please excuse the fact that the title is so long. I decided to title this review the first thing that came to mine upon thinking of Slim. While there are a various number of rappers that try their hardest to be real but in reality are nothing more than studio gangstas. Im my opinion Slim didn't try to be real or a gangsta he was both. Just by listening to his music you can hear it in his voice that the stuff he raps about isn't something he thought would make a good story in a song it was his life. He is one rapper that I will admit to sleeping on and once I had began to really listen to his music he had passed away. I will say this in closing, he is one of a few rappers I would've loved to meet in person. R.I.P. Soulja Slim
