5 out of 5 stars One Way ticket back to the blue light basement jam!.......2007-04-27

This is a classic album for true R&B/soul connoisseurs or those big city kids from the 70's wanting to toss it back to the good old days of real bump and grind. True this CD was before the fame and doesn't include many "best of" hits but the songs are every bit as good and more sincere as the fame they were ultimately going to reap was still a bit far off at the time. It features male leads, female leads, harmonizing, and great keyboards. You can put it on and chill without having to skip ahead, and if you want to romance, all the better. It's mostly slow tunes with their notable funky jam, Pop It bringing up the rear.

3 out of 5 stars This one goes both ways.......2006-10-23

Not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but not an entirely cohesive unit either. The title track is a One Way classic, and the new-age style synthesizers of "Lost Inside Of You" make that song perhaps the best slow jam they've ever made. Everything else is acceptable, but not quite up to the standards of the aforementioned songs.

5 out of 5 stars For Fans Only.......2006-07-08

Needless to say, most wouldn't buy a One Way album without "Cutie Pie" on the track listing. However, I will say that "Push" is a great addition to my collection. "Guess You Didn't Know" and "Something in the Past" (the latter song remade by Jesse Powell) are two of my favorites. You can feel the longing in this man's voice! I highly suggest that you buy this album, just to know that One Way is more than "Cutie Pie"!

1 out of 5 stars If You Only Knew?.......2005-09-27

The last two folks got it spot on someone bring out the album with "If you only knew" on it and we will all be happy.

5 out of 5 stars oneway (all of the).......2004-10-28

Hey I have been looking for oneway for years! This was helpful but I agree with Micheal, that is the one I am looking for "If you only knew" It is the one with just "the oneway sign" on the album cover. Now if you are a true fan you will recall that one. Please add it to the catalog. Or if you have it email me!
