As with most Japan Import the availablity has a short life span.This is the collection to get if you enjoyed the Quincy Jones Era. Her voice is absolutely wonderful and fresh with talent to spare.The Quincy Jones trade mark is apparent with excellent production and great sound quality.Highly recommended at any cost grab a copy before its gone for good you will never regret it.

the years on Qwest Records with Quincy Jones&the Many Jams that came from that Union really are still Solid here.Enjoyed the Music&Arrangements but Her Voice is Something else.I've had many of Her songs on Album but this is cool all on One Disc.She is so Underrated it Hurts.long overdue.

All tracks from this import are from the Qwest/Quincy Jones pop,soul,r&b,dance period during the early to late 80's before Patti would join GRP in the 90's.A few tracks originate from her last project with Qwest back in 1988 with The Real Me c.d. which showcases Austin's limitless and profound artistry to belt out old swingin' standards of jazz and swing from other eras. Some tracks remain elusive and very difficult to obtain from her 1984 self-titled album which is currently out of print. From her smoldering and catchy r&b tunes Heat of Heat, Gettin' Away With Murder, Genie, Rhythm of the Street to her sultry and emotional ballads Anyway You Can, Baby Come To Me, and Smoke Gets In Your Eyes, this c.d. is a worthy c.d. and welcome addition to anyone's eclectic or pop, R&B collection...This is the best from Qwest from an artist with limitless musical talents...
