Customer Reviews:

3 out of 5 stars Why anyone would club mix this song is a mystery........2003-11-08

This song in it's original incarnation just plain rocks. Unfortunatuly, it's not club material, but this is not a bad thing, not everything should be clubbed. It's a party song for sure.

Judging from the Jewels/Stone Remix and someone's review of the Pant's remix clocking in at 134, I get the feeling that this version would take away from the thrill of the original. The J/S remix was not as strong as the original.

Not to say the remixers are not good. Hex Hector or Soul Solution could have done this song and checked in with the same result. This song is as good as it gets in original form. Now an 80's style remix where none of the original music is stripped away and the tempo is the same would have gone further in satisfying my remix cravings for this song.

5 out of 5 stars don't stop movin' to the funky, funky beat........2001-11-22

"Don't Stop Movin" is S Club's most instantly catchy single to date. And the best part about it is that it's great in it's original and remixed forms! We all have to admit that the S Club is more than just a little bit cheesy, but who cares when a song is this instantly fantastic. I am biased because I do quite enjoy the S Club, but anyways, here's the reviews;

1) LP Version - 3:53 - Starting out with vocoder vocals really made me nervous, but that's the only complaint about this song! Big deal! In the past Bradley was the S Clubber who drove me nuts, I wanted him out of the group so bad! "Rapping" in the songs ruining them, but in this one, he totally shines! He takes the lead vocal, with Jo contributing most of the backing vocal in this one. A funky little caboose-shaker, with lyrics that are instantly memorable that will keep all fans happy.

2) Pants N Corset Club Mix - 7:27 - Paul King & Chris B pump up the dance factor just a bit and turn that caboose-shaker into a slammin club jam! Clocking in at about 134bpm's and keeping the vocals fully intact! It is on the circuit side of things, but still quite fluffy.

3) Trisco Remix - 7:31 - I was quite surprised to see that Trisco had done a remix for the S Club Crew, for Trisco is more suited towards the underground sound. Well, he's done just that with this track. Most of the vocals have been stripped from this mix, except for some vocal snippets by Jo. This may be the mix least likely to be embraced by S Club fans, because of the lack of vocals, but, it is a good mix.

This cd single also includes the video - a cute little video set in a nightclub with each S Clubber showing of their singing and dancing skills. It also comes with a shiny, glittery S Club 7 "Don't Stop Movin'" sticker! Could you ask for more?

buy n enjoy!
