This rendition of Happy Heart is new, innovative and most enjoyable. The best, however, is Music From Across The Way which has not been available (out of stock) for may many years. Thank God the remastering has made this CD available.

I had not realized this wonderful musicion had written so many beautiful songs,and some of them are on this CD.The arrangements are great! Music Fron Across The Way is so beautiful it brings tears to your eyes.And Der Einsame Hirte has a blending of Pan Flute,strings and voices that is truly magical!

"Happy Heart", is a romantic, sensuous recording, done by James Last. In this recording, you will find 12 instrumental recordings, 9 composed by James Last, himself. There are numbers with brass, only, and other featuring the strings. This recording shows the tremendous variety of this artist, very popular in Europe. There are polkas, waltzes, a classical piece. all types of music, all with a strong bass guitar, all simply great. I would recommend this recording to anyone who enjoys a modern and romantic instrumental album, something that is sorely missing in the United States, at this time. Believe me, you will enjoy this recording very much!
