Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars Has Some Merit.......2002-10-19

It is indeed true that MOST of the tracks on this album are re-records, and this is certainly both annoying and unforgivable. However, there is one original: "Sugar Baby Love" by the fabled
Rubettes. This album is worth the price for that track alone!

1 out of 5 stars Disturbingly disappointing.......2002-01-18

Beware of this album if you are expecting the original studio hit versions of every track on this disgusting album. Each track is a re recording and I suspect it is the reason for the cost of this album being so low. The album is produced by Retro Music in Canada and they should be ashamed to take money for this album. Yes do listen to the samples and you will get an idea as to how wimpy TheTroggs "Wild Thing" sounds. In the future check out Rhino releases before going elsewhere at least at Rhino they are purists and don't put out counterfeit music expecting a quick international buck through internet users! I speak the truth mine has gone to the rubbish can! As Shirley and Company would say "Shame,Shame,Shame".
