Very listenable... one of the best in recent years........2005-08-22
I suppose you'd call this light jazz. It's a very pleasant collection of tunes, and we played the title track on our local radio station when the album was first released. As a freelance DJ, I find it perfect for background music during wedding receptions, etc... and it's the only album I've ever played that prompted people to ask what it was and ask where could they buy it. I don't mean it as an insult when I refer to it as great background -- it's good listening in the car or at home... by yourself or with someone else. The songs tend to be upbeat, with a fair amount of saxophone, but the musicians on this album are all talented and contribute to every tune.
