Customer Reviews:

2 out of 5 stars im watching the mask right now. prove me wrong, muttonhead.......2006-03-19

eh. couple of the songs were ok. dont remember which. only listened to the cd once...right when i got it. nothing to write home about

4 out of 5 stars The Perfect Ozzy album............2006-02-10

even if he isn't singing the songs! This album sounds exactly like Ozz at his zenith: high, drunk, and wearing the weirdest s@#t on god's green earth.

1 out of 5 stars Insult to the Black Sabs.......2005-06-03

This is a terrible album, which serves only to insult the great Black Sabbath. If this album were broadcast to a wider audience, Bud E Luv would be hunted down and killed by people who understand the true essence of music. These songs represented the dawn of heavy metal and have influenced all music, even today's music. Bud E Luv has twisted the music so that it holds no bearing to the greatness that Ozzy, Tony, Geezer, and Bill made it to be.

Instead, buy Black Sabbath.

5 out of 5 stars The Master at Work!!!.......2003-03-31

What can I say? I used to think I had a few tricks up my sleeve when I played on the same bill with Mr. Luv. I've since moved across the country, leaving my music behind, thinking I left a mark on San Francisco when I got this CD in the mail. I literally fell on the floor laughing and was reminded that, while I may have been a Cheeseball, Bud E. Luv will always rule the city by the bay. Diary of a Loungeman is a masterpiece.

I am ever humbled,

(Formerly) The Big Cheese

4 out of 5 stars Funny (not ha-ha) until you find yourself singing along.......2003-01-13

I received this album as a joke (I hope) and immediately threw it on the stereo. Although the cover of "Crazy Train" doesn't have the raw energy (and clarinet solo) of Pat Boone's version, I couldn't help find myself singing the Bud E. Luv version to myself as I was shopping at Wal-mart. If you've ever worn a powder blue tux and liked it or ever wondered what Ozzy would sound like all washed up in Vegas, then pour yourself a martini, lock the doors, turn up the volume and enjoy.
