Amazing Life Tool that Calms the Mind and Soothes the Soul.......2004-09-15

I've tried every meditation CD, yoga DVD and self-help book available. You name it. I've got it in my library. But nothing, I mean nothing, has re-energized me and brought me back to my "present" space like Marnie's meditation CDs. When I listen first thing in the morning, Marnie's voice sets my day up for success. I feel like I can handle anything. After work, listening to this CD makes me forget any stress I've had during the day and helps me re-center myself and re-claim any energy I may have spent or given away during the day. I loved this one so much I bought the other two CDs she has available.

Marnie has a great voice and does a great job in these 3 guided meditations. I have listened to a dozen or so guided meditations and hers is the best. You will be impressed. See her website, www.lightinternal.com, for more details.

This is an awsome CD for the novice Reiki healer and/or meditator. Marnie is a wonderful guide to listen to. I will be purchasing more of her products in the near future. Enjoy!
