These CDs focus on improving flexibility and strength, so short muscles get longer and weak muscles get stronger, without building bulk. My spine and muscles enjoyed a sense of freedom, comfort and length after the very first session. I have become aware of a dramatic improvment in my posture and coordination. These CDs are fabulous!
