This is a very nicely put together CD. I've got a few other CD's like it and of which some are good and some are not.

I tried this out when I was having a late afternoon rest, I was about to get one of my famous(!) tension headaches and had just received this CD in the mail so thought I'd try it out...I almost fell asleep - I think I could have if it wasn't for the fact that someone got home and started talking to me when I was laying down listening to it!

The first track of the CD gives you that calm feeling, then the second track starts with a little bit more happiness and you can feel that it is sort of starting to energize you a bit. Track 3 increases that feeling even further, not as much happiness anymore but a little quicker tempo and energizing.
No 4 starts over again a little like the first track did - more soothing and the tempo is quite slow. No stress. No 5 begins silently and then increases the intensity, volume wise. Also that energizing type of music that you can apply to your mindwalk, if you're doing one that is...You know re-filling you with light and strength! The volume comes to a set level at the middle of this track which is a very nice track..

Then track six kick-starts you a bit with some nice drums, base...continues with other instruments that even the intensity out a bit, compared to the drums in the beginning. They're still at times in the background.

The rest of the CD is just as well mixed and it soothes you all the way through!

This cd is amazing. I have bought many others, such as the rainforest, thunderstorms, waterfalls, etc. They are extremely annoying. This is the most peaceful, relaxing and just plain enjoyable listening I have ever found. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
