When I popped in this CD I was expecting the usual syrupy piano music. What I got was an incredible mix of compositions. From the wistful yearning beauty in "Time after Time" and "To See You Again" to the depth of emotions laid bare in "The Star that Fell Across my Heart" and "Silent Heart". Not to mention the amazing "Solace". Whether you want a romantic evening, quiet time with a cup of tea, or even just a good cry this CD is what you're looking for.
