A Must!!

This CD is fantastic!! I challenge anyone to listen to it and not feel upbeat. It is a great way to start the morning. I put it on first thing after I stumble out of bed and in a few minutes I am energized, inspired and ready to tackle the world.

This CD is like a moving meditation for me. I can listen to it while I do other things. It is a powerful combination of life-affirming words from Sherrie delivered in a cadence that perfectly matches the beat of the music. Kenni's music is invigorating and impossible not to move to. You really can feel the energy and power moving through you as you listen to this CD.

Sherrie provides guided exercises combining breathing with powerful affirmations that help to remove (cleanse) negative thoughts and behavior. By doing this, I feel connected to my true power which I can use to tackle problems like overeating and anything else that keeps me from loving myself and others. By the end of the CD, I find myself very focused, invigorated yet calm and very much in control in dealing with negative patterns in my life.

As a result of listening to this CD, I have decided to make some postive changes in my life. I have begun an exercise program and changed my diet to exclude things that are not good for me. The result is that I feel great and yes, I am also beginning to lose some weight. But the real benefit of the CD for me is making the connection to my power and the impact that makes in my day.
