Accidental (but valuable) Introduction.......2001-12-26

I heard this CD by accident years ago at a CD store listening station. I was immediately captivated. I brought it home and the whole family was pleased. This one, along with Sketches of Christmas and A Wind Machine Christmas, form our favorite holiday trilogy of music. I could not imagine a Christmas without hearing these three wonderful Wind Machine CDs. Just as the others, this music tends to take you away from the commercial and bring you into thoughtful consideration of the true essence of Christmas.

Please get all three Wind Machine Christmas CDs before they go out of print (as it looks like many of their titles are or almost are already).

The Best Christmas Album.......2001-12-19

This has long been my favorite Christmas album. It contains a wonderful combination of Christmas classics and newer material. The arrangements are unusual and distinctive. There is enough instrumental variety on the album that you can play it straight through and not become bored. This is the first album I put on each holiday season...it's great.
