Anugama is on my short list of favorite "serenity musicians". I must have most all of his CDs by now. Tantra is all that it's billed as being, music for energizing and stimulating in a very deep and powerful way. I recommend this title for your innermost journeying alone or, hopefully, the full expression of one's soul with a loving companion. More than any other CD I have - and I have a sizable collection of new age healing music - I love to turn the volume up significantly in an unlit room just after sundown and absolute dissolve into its vibrations. I'm an energetic body worker and I'm very vibrationally conscious, and I can tell you that whatever Anugama brings to his music, it's a whole lot more than notes and chords. He is a master energy weaver as well as a gifted musician. As it says in the liner notes, this is pure theta wave vibrational therapy of the finest kind. If you like the things I'm speaking about here, you have to have this title. I can't believe it was originally released in 1988 and eluded me for more than a decade - that must be a misprint - Tantra is, as they say, certainly as fresh as the day it was made.
