brilliant music.......2002-06-30

These two CD's can serve as relaxation music and made such a difference for me. Just having it on seems to calm me and give me a sense of peace. One CD is designed to use as background music as you do various things throughout the day. The other one is just for relaxation time. I use it as background music when working with clients and it seems to help calm them and relax the body. I just love his sounds. Not something that would put you to sleep but rather sooth and calm and bring a sense of balance in your body. I'm glad that this is available used because it is no longer in print. I'm fortunate to have found it on Amazon!
