Unique and new approach!.......2005-08-29

This is a fabulous product - it's a new approach to guided meditation, one that's fun and easy to do. I'm purchasing it for all my friends who need to learn to take a break in their days. We're all going so hard and fast and stress is a killer.

I listen to it regularly and it's really helped me to relax and lower my blood pressure and just enjoy a bit of bliss.

The author's voice is delightful and I really liked having a short version to use when I don't have the time for a longer session to just get my day back on the right track.

After years of study, listening, and looking at products in the self help market, Bliss Trips CDs are a real find and a real joy. When I first listened to the Bliss Trips at a trade show, I lost myself completely into these fantasies. Not only did I enjoy the Bliss Trips journeys - swimming with the dolphins, relaxing in a hammock and being carried away by the wind, but I was totally recharged and had let go of the daily stress. I felt so refreshed afterwards. I've found that listening to one of the Bliss Trips on a regular basis (once a day) has had a surprising cumulative effect in my life.
