After listening to this CD for a few weeks now, I feel very confident recommending it. I like that the guided relaxation is fairly short, around 9 minutes or so and then from there it goes right into the melodic instumentals. This CD has a total running time of approx 45 min, I have made it to the final track (there are 3 total) only twice. I've purchased several of these relaxation type CD's before, and this one is the only one that doesn't annoy me after the first 5-7 listens. It works like a charm everytime. Buy this, it works.

I recommend this CD to anyone who might be trying to cope with the regular levels of everyday stress. I like to listen to it when I'm going to sleep because the words on track 1 are in a very soothing voice, and I am usually asleep before track 2 starts! During the day, though, tracks 2 & 3 are really good for a few minutes' relaxation because they blend music with nature sounds for a calming, meditative effect. (not a kid, just an adult who didn't want to register)
